The Command To Think Positively Of Allah At The Time Of Death
Jabir reported: I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying. Every servant would be raised (in the same very state) in which he dies.
وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ يُبْعَثُ كُلُّ عَبْدٍ عَلَى مَا مَاتَ عَلَيْهِ

This hadith has been transmitted on the authority of A'mash but with a slight variation of wording.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ وَقَالَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَلَمْ يَقُلْ سَمِعْتُ

Abdullah b. Umar reported: I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: When Allah intends to chastise a people, He chastises all of them then they would be raised according to their deeds.
وَحَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى التُّجِيبِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَخْبَرَنِي حَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ إِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِقَوْمٍ عَذَابًا أَصَابَ الْعَذَابُ مَنْ كَانَ فِيهِمْ ثُمَّ بُعِثُوا عَلَى أَعْمَالِهِمْ
